The most effective means of applying the oils for physical benefits (hormonal and metabolic support) is anointing: direct application on the neck, throat and pressure points — either undiluted or diluted in nutritious cream or carrier oil as perfume and for massage & baths.

Emotional benefits are obtained by breathing the oils, either directly from the bottle, worn on aroma jewelry, or sprayed into the environment with an air diffuser or spritzer bottle. Use of an air diffuser distributes minute amounts of the essential oils throughout the environment, providing protection against respiratory infections, as well as providing emotional benefits.
