Our Affiliate Program is a new program which allows our valued customers the opportunity to promote our website, while allowing you to make money by referring customers to us. You do this by placing links on your Website or distributing your Affiliate Coupon Code to your friends, family, clients, associates, etc. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission. We understand the importance of "word of mouth advertising" and have built a large clientele over the years through referrals. We are now very pleased to offer an Affiliate Program which will allow us to share our financial success from these referred customers with our Affiliates.
Why should I join? There are many reasons to join: - You enjoy Earth Angel Oils and our informative website, and you want to share Earth Angel Oils with your friends, family, clients, customers and colleagues.
- You have an established or growing clientele that you'd love to sell essential oils to but you don't have the money or knowledge to invest in setting up a business to achieve this. Our Affiliate Program lets you send the customers to us and we do the rest. We take the customer order and handle all payments. All you do is receive a commission payment for the purchases made by those you've sent our way.
- Earth Angel Oils has a wonderful reputation within the therapeutic community and we treat our Customers with the utmost care and concern, the way you'd like to be treated yourself.
- You prefer to shop and refer your friends, family and clients to small, individually owned companies. We are not a Multi-Level company. Earth Angel Oils is owned and operated by Helen Stembridge, a retired psychologist who chose to dedicate her second life & career to research the benefits of essential oils for the body, mind and spirit.
Does it cost anything to become an Affiliate?
No! Joining our Affiliate Program is absolutely free. There's no charge to apply and no minimum sales requirements.
Can a Web site outside the United States become an Affiliate?
Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world; however, customers who buy from our site must pay in U.S. dollars. Our flat rate shipping is for US addresses only. All commission payments to Affiliates are in U.S. dollars. However we will be happy to ship internationally if contacted in advance.
I operate more than one Web site. Can I still be an Affiliate?
Yes. Affiliates can have multiple sites. You can have one Affiliate account with us that includes all of your web sites. How do I sign up?
First, you'll need to read and accept our Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions. Then you'll need to open an Affiliate Account on line by visiting our Affiliate Log In page. After the online application is submitted, you will receive an e-mail when you've been accepted as an Affiliate. You can then get started with your new Affiliate Account.
How does the program work?
Our Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our Web site. You do this by placing links to Earth Angel Oils on your site. The link you place on your website and your Affiliate Coupon Code has a unique identifier. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase, your Affiliate Account is credited with that sale and you earn a commission. Earned commission payments are sent on the 15th of each month via PayPal. Is my Web site eligible to become an Affiliate?
Most sites will qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may create an affiliate account, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership at any time if we deem that it contains objectionable material.
What are my responsibilities an as Affiliate?
The only thing you're responsible for is to place links on your website using a link generator that we provide to you. We'll provide you with the tools (buttons, banners, and other links) and support that you need to maximize sales through your site by e-mailing you regularly about store promotions and new products. We also handle orders, shipping, and billing for all customers you refer to us.
I don't have a Web site yet. Can I still apply?
YES - When you become an Affiliate you will be assigned a Coupon Code. You can distribute the coupon code to your friends, family and clients. Each time someone uses your Coupon Code, you will receive a commission on the sale. What if I operate more than one Web site?
You can have multiple sites under one Affiliate account. You'll receive one commission check for all sites.
How do I change my account information?
You can login to your Affiliate Account at any time and update your information.
Will becoming an Affiliate increase traffic to my site?
Our Affiliate Program is a revenue-sharing program. It's not designed to help you increase traffic to your site; however, it does enhance your site with content, so your user return rate may go up.
Setting Up Links How do I create links? Once you set up your Affiliate account, you will have access to our automatic tag generator which creates HTML codes that you copy and paste into your Web site. It's so easy to use, even beginners can create links in seconds. The tag generator allows you to create links to different parts of our store, including product pages.
Where should I place the links on my site?
You should place them where they're easy for visitors to find. This makes it more likely that they'll click through to Earth Angel Oils and make a purchase. For example, you may want to consider placing links on your home page, your navigation bar, or other high-traffic areas.
How often should I update my links?
We're constantly adding new products, so you should update links frequently, creating new ones that fit the interests of your visitors. You may notice that some images automatically change to reflect new promotions over time.
Can I use your content on my site?
No. The Affiliate Program only allows sites to link to our store. You're welcome to link to our content areas, too, but visitors who click on those links cannot be tracked and you won't earn commissions on their store purchases. Tracking, Payment, and Reporting How much can I earn?
You will receive 15% commission on product purchases that are made by customers using your Affiliate Coupon Code or purchases made by those that have been referred by your website's link to our site.
How do I know how much commission I've earned?
You will be able to login to your Affiliate Account and view activity and run reports about the commissions earned and click through generated from your website. How do I get paid commissions?
Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month for commissions earned the prior month. We send commission payment to you via Paypal. You MUST have a PayPal Account to receive commission payments since that is the only method of payment we are utilizing at this time. Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Yes. When you buy products from us through your Web site or use your Affiliate Coupon Code, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor's purchase. Remember that we can only track activities that are linked to our site by clicking the links that you have copied to your site or through entering your Affiliate Coupon Code.
What about product returns?
If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed as the result of a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be reduced for any commission earned on that transaction. Who processes orders and handles customer service?
We do! All you have to do is place links on your site and distribute your Affiliate Coupon Code. We do the rest!
How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier. The identifier enables us to credit you when a visitor who comes to us via your site makes a purchase. This is only possible, though, if you create all your links with the tag generator in your account.
How often can I run reports?
Reports can be run as often as you like. Your account is updated in real time with the latest information about your site.
What happens if I terminate my Affiliate membership? Will I be paid for my earnings through my termination date?
Yes, you will be paid for commissions earned though your date of termination. You will receive your commission payment on the next scheduled payment date. |
