Earth Angel Oils is an old fashioned Oil Cottage, started by Helen Stembridge nearly twenty years ago.  Helen was seeking natural treatment for her conditions of arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, chronic walking pneumonia and heart arhythmias & blockages.  She improved her health by diffusing the melaleuca, myrtacea and labiatea families to cleanse and strengthen her lungs, applying the coriander directly to the carotid arteries to chelate her arteries and veins, and anointing with carrot seed and Angelica to strengthen her heart.

After five years, Helen, a school psychologist, began working with essential oils full time, and teaching the blending of the oils.  During the years of 1998 through 2000, she taught weekly blending classes at the herb shop of June Rey in Conroe, Texas.  The classes were reminiscent of the Garden Club days of her childhood -- and the Earth Angel blends came into being in that spirit -- flowing freely together, like the spring bouquets that her mother used to create.  Many of our 265 pure essential oil blends were created during that time by Helen and her students, most of whom are natural health professionals (herbalists, massage and colon therapists, reflexologists, and energy healers).  Many blends were contributed to this collection, so that they can be shared.  Through this process, Helen became the caretaker of these therapeutic blends, and they are offered here to you in various sizes and in convenient cabinets and gift packs, so that you can become familiar with them. 

The other unique aspect of the Earth Angel Oils is the Energetic information which we have included on most of our essential oils and essential oil blends. Helen was invited to a spiritual conference in Colorado in 2002, and wanted to create a spiritual oil cabinet for the event. Seventy-five blends were originally chosen to be included in the cabinet, but there was only room for 37.  Helen asked her energy teacher Star Johnsen-Moser to help choose the most important blends for the cabinet, and when Star held the bottles, she began describing the energetic actions of the oils in the body.  Helen asked Star to provide this information on all the blends -- and later, on the individual oils as well.  This new energetic information led to creation of the Spiritual Series of aromatherapy cabinets (Energetic Healing Cabinet, Spiritual Awakening & Sports Massage Cabinet, Dolphin Cabinet, Meridian Cabinet and Cellular Emotional Memory Release Cabinet).  Please check out the Energetic & Therapeutic Sections of this website.  We hope that you will find the Energetic Information interesting and valuable, and that additional research may be stimulated from these beginnings.
